Grady is born and raised in North Vancouver. He is a former NCAA Lacrosse player. While getting his BA he was a two-time All-Academic in the CCIW. He is currently coaching football as well as boxing. His coaching style is tough but loving and a little goofy. He is hopeful to join the Amateur team one day. Fun fact: he is blind in his right eye!
