Community Classes are small group private training sessions that have an 8 person maximum to each class. Although we follow the feel of a BOXFIT® class, it is highly focused and specific to a certain body part or workout style. You do not have to be a member of the gym for these Community Classes, and drop-ins are welcome. Sign up fast, as space is limited!
Like it sounds, Booty, Booty, and Boxing! We focus on the glutes, otherwise known as Boxing’s “powerhouse” and build a challenging workout around them.
