Griffins Race Team vs Seattle Tough Mudder
Posted on October 5, 2012 by griffins in AnnouncementsSeptember 29th, 2012, will always be marked as an amazing day in the Griffins history. Seven of the Griffins staff members made their way down to Seattle to take part in a “fun” event designed by the British SAS Forces. The Tough Mudder course was over 10 miles and featured 28 obstacles which included electrocution (twice), up to the waste in mud, and diving into depths of ice cold water. Coach Misha was sent ahead to represent Griffins and finished the event in a fantastic time of 1 hour + 30 mins. The other 6 staff members displayed an awe inspiring sense of Team Work and finished it together at 2 hours + 37 minutes. The event challenged the Team mentally and physically, but they managed to survived with a few bumps, scrapes and bruises.
