Glove System® Certification Course – White & Yellow Gloves®

Our technical classes follow the trademarked Glove System®, which is a standardized boxing curriculum used to teach boxing from a beginner level to expert in a uniform and step-by-step process. Throughout this course, you will learn basic and intermediate boxing skills, understand the basic muscle systems used in boxing movements, and learn important techniques in how to coach.
