Boxtech^®

BOXTECH^® is a revolutionary and award winning program using a tiered form of teaching called the Glove System^® to learn the sweet science of boxing. You will start out with White Gloves^® and work your way up through 5 other colored levels: Yellow, Green, Blue, Red, and Black.  In all of the coloured levels, you will learn new boxing fundamentals, footwork, punches, and combinations.

All of our classes are non-contact until you reach our 4th colored ‘Glove Level’, Blue.  At this point, you can choose to attend separate Sparring classes or continue the non-contact BOXTECH^® classes.
