7 days a week, this intensive cardio-boxing workout is available in the mornings, evenings, and on the weekends!
A fun and social class focusing on boxing cardio, body strength and body movement. Whether you are already active or actively looking for a great way to get in shape, this is a great workout! There is never the same class twice, and our Coaches are masters at making it not only welcoming but challenging and fun too.
This is a "make you sweat" non-contact fitness class.
Participants must be a minimum of 15 years of age.

Other BOXFIT® Classes
An intensive circuit class focusing on cardio, boxing drills, and strength training. Whether you are already active or actively looking for a great way to get in shape, this is a fantastic total body workout!
Community Classes are small group private training sessions that have an 8 person maximum to each class. Although we follow the feel of a BOXFIT® class, it is highly focused and specific to a certain body part or workout styles. You do not have to be a member of the gym for these Community Classes, and drop-ins are welcome. Sign up fast, as space is limited!
Like it sounds, Booty, Booty, and Boxing! We focus on the glutes, otherwise known as Boxing's "powerhouse" and build a challenging workout around them.
